Description
About Zentangle:
Zentangle is an easy-to-learn method of drawing patterns to create miniature works of art.
Have you said any of these things to yourself?
- I’m not artistic.
- I’m not creative.
- I can’t draw.
Then this is the class for you! If you can hold a pen, you can do this.
The Zentangle Method of pattern drawing gives you a way to unplug for a bit, slow down, and RELAX. It is deliberately designed to open your inner gates of creativity so you can create something beautiful in a short amount of time without a long learning curve.
Your materials will be provided, which include:
- 5 square Zentangle paper ‘tiles’
- Micron 01 ink pen
- Graphite shading pencil
- Tortillon
About Kelly:
Kelly McDaniels is a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT). In this class she will teach you the basic principles and help you apply the hands-on instruction you will need to explore and enjoy the Zentangle Method. Kelly will project a blank paper tile on the screen and draw with you, step by step, one stroke at a time, to create beautiful patterns that will come together and result in a unique piece of art.
