Podium Painter event information

Podium Painters - LOCALS ONLY- 

Submission window : November 1-10, 2026 

Selection by : November 12, 2026

Announcements of painters : November 15,2026 

Event : November 20,2026 12-4pm 

*This will be a juried selection, we are only accepting 1 submission per person. *

• Painters will be painting live in the classroom with paints provided by Nevada Fine Arts there will be music and snacks provided at the event

• We are asking that submissions are in the following color-way ONLY, anything outside of these colors will not be accepted : Red | Ochre Yellow | Light Yellow | Orange| White |Cream| Brown | Light Blue | Midnight blue 

• Artists can either submit a digital mockup of their design or a hand drawn design, As always NO AI.

We are open to any design ( within reason, and reserve the right to refuse any submission we deem inappropriate , disrespectful etc.) : designs do however need to fall within the following categories/ styles : 

Florals 

Animals

Bugs/Insects

Patterns ( abstract, mandala, art deco, nouveau etc) 

Architecture ( abstract, gothic, classic Reno Buildings)

Character designs ( cartoon, anime / manga inspired etc)

Fantasy ( Monsters, dragons {nothing to spooky} , elves, orcs)

Street Art 

Pop Art 

Surrealism 

American Traditional tattoo flash 

The designs will be painted on several Podiums we have around the store , the surface areas are as follows: 13x12 , 13x12, 9x12, 9x12 and 5x13 

• Painters will be offered pick of the podiums in order that our jury selects them 

• Podiums are different heights

• We are also offering a solo show to one of the selected painters
