Sometimes, using my supplies is beneficial, as there is no significant investment if you are interested in watercolor but not sure about doing this medium.  If I provide supplies, you'll be painting on Arches 100% cotton, a professional-quality paper, and using Daniel Smith paints, professional artist paints. For PayPal, you will receive an invoice via email.  You do not need a PayPal account to pay the invoice; you can use a Debit or Credit Card.
